nderstanding for $17 dollars I get a guarantee that if I cancel for any rea=

I'm a little confused.=C2=A0 It's been a few years since I went to one of t=
he conventions but it was always my understanding that if you canceled prio=
r to the event, assuming not the day of or similar then you could get a ref=
und.=C2=A0 Has this policy been changed?=C2=A0=C2=A0
Is this some third party Purchase Protection plan?=C2=A0 What are the cance=
llation rules anyway?
