[TR] Second round of List badge production

Well group, I went ahead and ordered an additional 25 badges from the
manufacturer.  They should be arriving here in about a month.  That should
fill all the current demand and leave a few in inventory for anyone who sees
one of them at an event ans asks the magical question, "Where did you get
that?".
