[TR] TR3A Suspension Part

Can anybody suggest a possible source for a "rebound abutment 
bracket"? It is Moss part 031-739 and fits under the front shock 
absorber.  I've tried all the usual suspects - Moss etc, VTR, E-Bay 
with no joy. Am I going to have to fabricate one?
