[TR] TR3 oil filter

Hi folks,
   here's a quick one...or two.......Does the Napa Gold 1516 oil filter 
fit the spin-on adapter sold by TRF for the Purolator head assembly? 
And, while I'm at it....does the filter head-to-block gasket come with 
the lower engine gasket set? The fellow I ordered a pile of parts from 
yesterday over the phone didn't seem to know..
