It's possible, but tricky and likely to break again.  The manifold should be
bolted to something to hold it in the correct shape, and then pre-heated
almost to welding temperature, welded and then cooled slowly.  Also takes a
special rod & flux as I recall.

IMO it makes more sense to find another manifold that is not broken.
Certainly any shop around here that knows how to successfully weld cast iron
is going to charge more than the manifold is worth for the job.
