With the frequent quarterly "what exhaust should I install" posts to the
List, here's a real high end custom shop

but there's some great pictures of their custom systems for Ferrari,
Lambo's, Aston Martins etc... and they even do TRs.
I also found this place http://www.antiquedistributorcaps.com/ that is
making brand new old original looking caps for TRs and other classics.
