List,
I am just now routing my top brake line (from the MC to the 5-way). Because
of needing to allow for body/chassis movement, I need to allow for a little
extra line somewhere. My intention is to run the line just like it was done
at the factory, however, because I bought this car as an abandoned project, I
don't remember exactly where it goes. I know the line 'starts' at MC and runs
behind and above the battery, but from there to the 5-way is a little fuzzy.
Unfortunately, the new bubble-flared British line I have is about 2" short (I
think). How many inches of pure vertical line should I have at the other end
(5-way)? I assume from there-on it can snake up the wall (underneath body
attachments) and then up the bulkhead. I have yet to mount regulator et al,
but I assume this might be the place to make-up for that lost 2" of line,
right?

Thanks,
Paul Dorsey
