If anyone still cares.... ;-) The following was confirmed both by a Lucas Catalogue and physical inspection of an actual switch with said part number: 39171 is a Lucas numberfor the late Spitfire Mk3/GT6+ hazard switch. It really, honestly, truly is a Lucas switch, type 152SA, with a Lucas part number, date code, model number and even the word Lucas on the "terminal face" of the switch. No relation to Clear Hooters that I know of. --Andy Mace |
