Found this a.m. that the old wheel I dug out is a Grant wheel. Still available, not especially high end, but fairly nice looking anyway. The mounting kit is available, and one site had a photo of the kit so I can see what I don't have -- I think I can make a center spring and a horn push brush with bits from the hardware store.
