TR4 tonneau strap lift-a-dot

Some time ago we talked about the lift-a-dot post to secure the 
stop-the-darn-tonneau-flapping strap. I used to have one but it's gone 
missing. There was a nice used tonneau in my project car stash so I put 
it on my driver. And it has a strap for that post.

Was it on the seat bottom? The driveshaft tunnel? Where?
