Seems there was a thread on the list awhile back regarding this problem. As
I remember the guy was attempting to seal a new stainless steel system with
similar results.
His problem was traced back to the fact that he didn't have stainless steel
clamps and therefore couldn't get a tight enough seal. If this problem was
with a normal steel system then that is a different matter.
