For the large jobs, consider renting a large gasoline powered compressor (
the run a jackhammer type). This would get you away from buildings as sand/
media will be everywhere. You may be able to get a pressure blaster with
interchangeable tips that will allow you to use huge volumes of air for big
jobs then
switch to a smaller one when you run a electric compressor.
