Bill,
You may have a burned valve - adding oil to chamber with a badly burned valve
would not change compression reading.

Scenario Two: Is it possible to remove and replace one (1) piston
from below by just dropping the oil pan??
Reason: #1 =s 180 psi, #2 =s 180 psi, #3 =s 180 psi, #4 =s
60 psi (wet and dry)
