Spring is knocking on the door so it must mean it is about time to shake
the dust off the car cover and come on out for a rally. Come join the
Northeast Rally Club in their spring Rally based out of Millville NJ this
year. We have been running rallys in the tri-state area since 1994 and this
one will be a good one. The format is a standard TSD open to any year make
or model car. There is an optional rally Friday afternoon but the main
