TR3A Tow Package

I know and freely admit, I'm strictly amateur at restorating TR's.  Still,
I"ve seen a lot of pictures, and I've never seen a TR3 with a tow package
before.  Hmmm...I wonder if it was to haul a parts car behind it on long
trips?
