At least in part per Nelson's recommendation to have the brake servo
professionally rebuilt rather than doing it myself, I had PartCo
Automotive rebuild mine. Nelson recommends PartCo in the link below.

I just got it back and the workmanship appears excellent. It's not in
the car yet, but if the insides are done as well as the outside, I don't
expect a problem.
I talked the Gary, the owner of PartCo, several times and he was very
friendly and helpful.
He also found my missing brake fluid for me -- it was in the brake servo.
Just thought I'd pass it along.
