TRF just refurbished my TR6 rear axle bearings/hubs. That's the good news.

The bad news is that the new u-joint in each assembly was, for some
reason known only to them, only half assembled. So now, I get to put a
couple of spiders in their yokes, which I've done before, but never
well, and never with any fondness

Started the first one last night, and of course, both cups are in, but
the second one won't fully seat. I used the socket-vice combination,
but the last cup doesn't want to seat much farther in than flush with
the yoke. I didn't really crank on the vice, because it's not a very
big or good one. Any suggestions (before I send this out to my local shop)?
