I believe Victoria British sells just the diaphragm.

Subject: Carb bypass valve diaphragm

OK, so I'm in the middle of a carb rebuild on my "72 TR 6 and I find that
the
bypass valve diaphragm on the first carb seems to be marginal (still moves
but seems to be a bit brittle). The rebuild kit I purchased locally doesn't
have a diaphragm included. My question is, Do any of the rebuild kits
offered by the big three include this? Or, How critical a component is it?
If I just carefully reinstall the old diaphragm along with new gaskets will
I
notice a major difference in performance?

My reason for doing the rebuild was to try to cure a rough idle and
inability
to get mixture settings correct. Could this be part of my problem?
