Just a thought on the subject you could plug the hole with a rubber body
plug like the TR2-3 use for the jack hole in the floor check with
http://www.metrommp.com/ they supply body plugs in a variety of sizes
and shapes. With the right plug it will look like what the factory
should have done in the first place.
