[TR6 sighting, Littleton, CO, Carl Sandburg Elementary]
Since May I've been a stay at home dad driving a preschooler and kindergartener
back and forth from school and activities. In my TR4. Which isn't as unusual as
I thought, apparently, since yesterday I saw a fellow load a couple kids into
his TR6 at my elementary school's parking lot yesterday. Due to distance and a
no U-turn sign I didn't get to meet the guy. It was a white, rubber bumper TR6.
Perhaps there are hundreds of list members running kids back and forth from
soccer practice? Should we start a new mailing list, triumph-kids@team.net?
Funny part is that on the rare occassion when we take my Mom's minivan somewhere
-- limited to when I'm hauling other people's kids -- my boys think it's great!
Cupholders, they can sit in the way back, even a place to put snacks. Of course
they think a little old convertible is just the normal way to go to school.
