Drawing for replica of Churchill hub puller ?

A few months (years ?) back, someone developed a drawing to reproduce the
Churchill hub puller (and had some made).  Someone else put a copy of the
drawing on a web site somewhere.

Due to advancing CRS, I don't recall who the players were, or where the
drawings are.  Can someone please refresh my memory ?  Primarily I'd like to
have the link to the drawing...
