Bob: Okay I reversed the tube and the slot seems to be grabbing the indentation. Will put it in tom'w perhaps. Have to realign the steering wheel anyway. The anti-rattle spring is on the tube with no stops. Where should it be placed? High up medium or low? Does it matter?
