Identification Plates on Firewall x-mac-creator="4D4F5353"

The passenger side (right side) firewall of my '75 TR6 has two number
plates. One number starts with "T" and both sets of numbers end in CF.

Could someone refresh my memory as to which one is painted the color of
the car and what  each of the number sets represent?
