Bob,

The lens do come out. There is a spring tube inside of the bezel. What you
can try is using a percision screw driver and try to loosen the the spring.
Then you can push out the red lens and the spring should pop out too.

Hay List,
    Has anyone had luck with refinishing the warning light Bezels that are
between the tach and the speedo?  I don't see a practical way to get the red
lenses out, and attempting to mask them seems like asking for trouble.  Has
anyone had any luck disassembling them or painting them?  As always I
appreciate your experience.
