The very best system for car inspections that I have seen is, of all places
Washington D.C., they send you a notification card with a date and time (5
days) and thats when you have to get it done, you pull up give them your
card and they take your card & car. you do not see/talk to the inspectors,
they bring your card/car back and will not even tell you what failed if that
be the case, if it passed the sticker is on the car, all one big production
line, 1 man for each section of the inspection. nice system> "FT"
