What I did was
#1 put the rear axle on stands
#2 start the engine with the 4th gear in
#3 rev the engine
#4 hold the clutch down with the left foot and jump on the breaks
with the right one.
#5 repeat #3 and #4 reving the engine higher and higher until the
clutch gets loose
