Should be identical but on the other hand after 30 some odd years who
knows what you'll find... I suggest a very careful examination of the
various parts both before and after stripping down the two frames. You'll
want to measure the parts carefully and check for pitting and obvious
cracks etc. After sand blasting you can either powder coat, or go the
more traditional paint route. Replace worn out and bent parts. Renew all
the important hardware using grade 5 or better bolts and fresh nyloc
nuts.
