I had a similar experience with the upholstry kits I got from Moss through
The BPC.  Some pieces were missing, but apparantly were missing from all the
kits, so they sent me some bulk vinyl from which I was easily able to
fabricate the missing pieces.

Couldn't have asked for better support from Dick at the BPC or from Moss.
