David,
While they are still dry... lay them flat on the workbench and
just stretch then over the edge of the nylon washer like a rubber
band. you can pull on them a bit to open them up a bit. Then
center them on the washer. The rubber seals will stay in place
as you assemble the lower wishbones.
Don't forget to lather up the bushings with anti-seize
