My recent experience of Rimmer Bros has also not been good. The most
annoying aspect is when they say "oh, that part number has been
substituted" - what this really means is "we're about to send parts that
either won't fit/do the job/both".
On the other hand the service I have received from 'Parts for MG MX5 Triumph
Cars' (West Midlands) is superb. The right bits, good price and promptly
delivered.
