True, but one of the primary rules of negotiating is that you can go up after 
a bid, but never down.  Start with the $10K and you are more likely to get it 
at $12K.

Seems like the price should be more near the $10K mark anyway...but Daniels 
is correct.  You can buy a "driver for $4K and then spend 10 grand more 
getting it up to snuff easy.
