After talking with TeriAnn and others, it is clearly a Netscape
problem. Since I use Bill as my platform, I was able to log on
by using the "built in Explorer Program" but cannot access the
site with Navigator. It is a nice site and one I had
visited some time ago, so the switch to MS web maker must
have occurred at some later time.
