OD Switch & Washer Placement

Every picture I see of the OD switch (on RHD cars) is far left, with the
heater next in.  I never see the washer knob in ANY pictures.  When you have
both the OD and heater options, where the hell does the wiper washer go?
Below in the middle?  Somebody give me a leg up here before I drill the damn
hole in the wrong place.
