If you have a good clean copy of the art and know exactly the finished size
and composition of the material any sign shop with a vinyl cutting sign maker
can make what you need. They can scan in your artwork and set it to your
required final size. Just remember the artwork you provide must be very
good. If it is just lettering, show the sign shop an example of the type
style and see if they can match it. If they can't any decent graphics shop
probably can and will print you out a good clean 'camera ready' copy or give
it to you on disk to take to the sign shop. If you get it done the sign shop
will stick them on or it's pretty easy to do it yourself.

Hope this helps
