Loctite is an option but which grade are you using?

It is not generally known by everyone that there are different grades for
differing applications.Threadlock through studlock to bearing fit. If I
remember correctly the fliud is colour coded. Bearing fit is supposed to
take up 10 thou" of play on an average axle bearing and lock it solid on the
shaft (how you get it off again is open to conjecture).

I think this is the one for your helicoils. How it performs in the heat
environment of exhaust manifold bolts is one for suck it and see.
