3 Point Harness

At the Palo Alto meet I saw a TR-3A with a three-point shoulder 
harness, retractable reel setup.  The brand name was Securon, I found 
their website in the UK, but found no dealers in the USA.

If anyone has this information I would appreciate it, the setup in 
Moss, does NOT appear to be the same
