Listers -
Does anyone know if it is possible / a good idea or a bad idea to
put plumbing caps in or block off in another manner the inlet and outlet
to the heater on the head and the water pump? (Or bypass it by just
connecting a hose from the head to the pump?) Or better yet if anyone has
done this for a race configuration and knows the thread sizes off hand -
that would be great. This would merely be a temporary fix to start the
engine and drive it for short distances until the machine shop gets the
heater control valve back to me...
