TR2 clutch slave kit

Hello Listers:
Looking for some help in trying to find a clutch slave rebuild kit for a
Lockheed clutch slave cylinder.  Have tried all of the North American
suppliers, but no luck.  Thought I had found one; right box, but wrong
parts. Need the kit to fit the standard Lockheed cast iron slave cylinder
as fitted to TR2 and 3.
Have e-mailed the big English suppliers, but no response after many days.
Any suggestions for North American sources?
