Get a Factory Workshop Manual (readily available) or a Haynes TR2/3/3A/4/4A 
(lots of luck on that one).  These will give you what you need.  BTW -- IRS 
was NOT original on any TR4 ('61 to '65).  The TR4A (1965 and on) was 
designed/made with a different frame so as to accomodate IRS.  Cheers.
