there is a company that made a "stand" for a car that attatched to the 
front and back of the car and you could rotate it to do work.  This 
of course was with the drivetrain remove.  This thing made restoration 
on a unibody car alot easier( I saw this done on a 240Z ).  As far 
as rolling sure if you like replacing body panels.
