Head swap in River City

List,
Pumping air in the spark plug holes has
told me that #1 and #6 exhaust valves are bad.
(a breeze came out the tail pipe!)

Rather than fix the valves in this head,
I pulled the head off of a parts 250.
The valves and head look fine at first glance.

What pitfalls should I look for in doing a
quickie head swap?
