Listers -- Earlier this year I saw several auctions on eBay for original
Amco floor mats in colors other than black. A club member bought RED
ones (beautiful) for an outrageous price and there have been two auctions
for WHITE ones (!) I never knew Amco made any other color than black, and
now I am really hoping they also made TAN or light brown ones as well. I
have light tan carpet in my 72 TR6 and I would dearly love to protect it
with some tan mats. TRF's black mats leave black smudges on the carpet,
so they are unusable. Any listers have any definitive info on this or
shall I give up on the quest? Logic tells me if black, red and white
were made, certainly some shade of brown should also have been made! (
Then again, mixing logic with British sports cars is usually a mistake)
