Definitely agree with Barry.  The Transmission cover did the trick for me.
I glued the seal to the fiberglass cover, and pre-drilled holes thru the
glass and rubber.  It was then just a matter of jamming the bloody thing
into place drill into the metalwork and use self tapping screws to set it
all in place.  This will keep the fumes and the water out!
