According to my book:

Bore Size Grade A -- 2.9405 to 2.9410 in (74.689 to 74.701 mm)
Bore Size Grade B -- 2.9411 to 1.9416 in (74.704 to 74.717 mm)

If the "Grade A" cylinder is at or near the top of its range and the
"Grade B" cylinder is at or near the bottom of its range, we're talking
about acouple ten-thousandths of an inch. I can't imagine that having any
noticeable effect unless one is looking for that last little bit of
perfect balance and blueprinting in an ultra-performance engine. ;-)
