In one of my many diversion (a side effect of Shipwright's Disease) I have been working on the hard top on the TR3, which has started the questioning process. Why do you NEVER see a car with a leather headliner? Sure, it would be expensive, but somebody is always willing to go to the next extreme. Are there aging considerations, or the lack of a good way to glue it in place? It would seem like some car, somewhere would have tried it. Inquiring minds want to know. Ken Gano kengano@advant.com |
