I have a 78 Spit in need of a fuel tank and sender. I found one, which was described to me, and seems to be correct, but the fuel line comes out the bottom. Mine comes out the top via a syphon line. Did older Spitfires have the fuel line from the bottom, and, if so, could it be adapted to my 1500? I couldn't find any photos in my manuals or catalogs so am at a loss here. Anyone on the net have one in good shape for sale? Richard Triplett Technical Services Midland, Texas 915-683-2781 |
