I think the problem is at or related to the low tension lead from the coil to the distributor. I released the low tension lead from the points and I have 13-14 volts. As soon as I connect this lead to the points, I lose the voltage. Maybe I am wiring something up wrong? The low tension lead connector goes under the nut on the pivot end of the points right? The condensor connector goes under the same nut, right? I feel like I need to take Distributor 101 over again next quarter. Ideas? Geezer |
