Leaking carburetor

Listers, 

I have been given the tip I needed to stop the gasoline from leaking from my
carburetor.  This was a real problem for me, particularly because I am such a
mechanical novice and the fact that this constituted a true safety hazard for
my family.  This list is a real lifesaver for people like me who really love
these little cars but are mechanically challenged.  Thanks for the help.
