Not me, but I did notice that the bonnet can be tight on level ground when
the car is parked, but wiggly and jiggly when you drive, due to frame and
body flex.  (I only have to sit on my front overriders to see this in action.)

So, is the car parked on uneven ground?   Maybe if you drive the car over a
driveway apron, at an angle, the bonnet will pop free.
