Is this different than the 4's? I ask because I had a mystery
oil leak on Sonja for over a year. It only happened when she
was a little hot and was being driven at highway speeds for
extended times. I would end up with a puddle of oil in the
well in front of the Brake/Clutch MC's and behind the tyre,
and a misting elsewhere back there. It turned out to be a
loose mounting bolt for the coil, which extended into an oil
passage. I put a new spring washer on there and re-torqued
and everything is happy now. Should I be worried that my coil
mounts through to an oil gallery?
